me and a friend have come to roller jam a while and love it. we came last night and we were disappointed. the vibe was not the same as it was before. It wasnt run the same. We didn't recognise the staff, hardly any staff on. The music wasn't good at all, at one point there were more people sat down than skating. The person running it, spent more time doing her own thing, and choosing music to do her own thing than actually running the place. Disappointed.

This definitely was not a family friendly session this week.
There was also a fight that took place on the roller rink. The whole atmosphere felt very dark and moody.
It was very scary and not a family friendly atmosphere all.

There is far to many people allowed to attend which means lots of accidents and my kids come nearly every other day but they cudnt skate yesterday because of how many people was allowed in, there should be a limit thanks

We went on the 30th and had the worse time it was over crowded my kids got pushed to many times in the first 10 minutes they sat out, then my older ones carried on, but then the was some argument where all the teens gathered shouting and screaming, it was a scary situation as we didn't know what was happening 2 of my kids are autistic and was very confused and scared! I've took them many times, but this day was to many people we had to leave 45 minutes in at this point not sure if we would go back
