Review of Rollerjam Presents TURN DOWN WEDNESDAYS (6pm- 11pm)

First visit with a group of 9, all either novice or not done for over 15 years, chose this session due to children being allowed, so thought it would be more suitable to us and it was only 18:30. It was a goodnight but there were too many experienced skaters racing around and I mean experienced, hey look they are here for the same as me a good evening, but perhaps this sessions should be either restricted or limited to inexperienced skaters or staff on skates manage the situation, that's not a criticism. I also think when you start, they should brief you and engage an idea of your ability/experience, one of our party went flying before we even started and end up sitting our due to the injury they suffered. But look a realistic I am and it was a good evening and I would recommend but as said choose your night and time, a bonus to mention was the food, not a huge selection but enough and was very very good! Looking forward to me revisit but being a bit more wiser on what to expect!

Freezing when we turned up. The toilets were disgusting like no one had cleaned them for years. You pay for skate hire but there are no knee pads or protection for children.

Nice and chilled plus not overly ram so can practice jam skating in the back and leave all the speed skates in the front room.

It would be good for the back room to be jammin room and plug n play allowed
