Absolutely terrible event. Not as advertised at all they said it was going to be transformed with snow and Christmas songs. In reality it was just a night club with about 4 things scattered around the room, not in the least bit festive. About 5 Christmas songs inbetween the normal club music. Jar hot dogs were selling for £5 and £2 for a pack*t of crisps. Was an absolute joke. We lasted an hour before we left. We went in with 4 kids and were body scanned and bag searched for a children's event and the amount of bouncers upstairs was ridiculous. What were they expecting to happen with 2 and 4 year old running around. I would suggest Rosie's sticks to being a nightclub I'm just gutted I built it up to my daughter so much. Biggest festive fail ever!

It was really a scam. The tick*t said Meeting Santa, photo with Santa, presents from Santa, bubble machine, snow. None of that happened. It was only music, bouncing castle and playpen with balls that's it. A lot of things things mentioned in the tick*t as included were not there. No Santa turned up. We paid adult and child tick*t just for a bouncing castle. What a disappointment !!!

terrible organization of the event. Of everything they promised, they fulfilled less than half. There was no Santa, no presents, nothing. They gave each child a flashing stick and that was it. The music was not for children at all, there were practically no Christmas songs, very few. The children jumped on a small t***poline, the very young played in a pool with balls and there were several soft construction sets. You have to pay extra for everything else. It was a disgusting party, a waste of time and money. I really hoped that they could be returned.
