The event must of been cancelled because when we turned up the event wasn't on. No email letting us know, just nothing. Wasting our time & effort. No telephone number, everything automated to get your money. Presently waiting for a refund

Overcrowded nothing much for the kids to do the music was also not kid music. Boring and extremely long ques to do / get anything waste of money better of spending £6 and taking them out to the play places in the Halloween costume

Rosie's 2023 was much better compared to 2024 but it was good you had crips n pop corn but the room with the lights on the floor had really good music but with the noise should of been louder

The kids had an enjoyable time at this event. I would have expected more Halloween music given that it was a Halloween disco. Some of the extras were expensive given that we had already paid for entry. I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back

All the thought was there but execution wasn't.
Two rooms one appeared to be for younger children there were more older songs played with nothing but music and lights the other room had one ball pit one small bubble machine and a soft cow machine this wasn't ideal for our group of 6 children. This was fairly expensive as I paid £66 and we didn't get the full enjoyment or fun leaving early and disappointed

Catered for children under 8 years of age. Nothing for older children over 10 to do or get involved in would be good to have a little penalty shootout football area or som**hing for the older children to get involved in and have fun.

The event felt very chaotic. There was a long queue for both face painting and the cow, and only one face painter was available-there should have been more. The popcorn machine frequently ran empty, and the portions were overpriced. The ball pit was too small to accommodate over 100+children. The music was too loud for the kids, and the entertainment was diabolical. An entertainer on the dance floor could have helped keep the children engaged. Overall, the event was poorly organized, and my kids found it quite boring. Did not cater for different age ranges. Ages 3-5 5-10, 10+ in future engage the kids. Waste of money and very boring. Venue was fine. That's about it

I've been to other events geared towards children and this one didn't deliver as advertised.
Full venue transformation was a few halloween decorations on the stairs and at the bars.
Inflatables were a bucking bronco that meant there was a line in the middle of the room all event. Then a few soft play bits popped by a seating area and a bubble machine.
The character costumes were cheap amazon costumes of a dinosaur and shark.
Then to push it even further there was the worst Chase from paw patrol costume i have ever seen and they charged £5 for a meet and greet- luckily even my 4 year old could see it was naff.
Drinks and snacks were very overpriced- £5 for a slush
i could see the dj was trying but other kids events we've been to have a compere that encourages families to dance with more music geared towards the kids and the party is actually fun
This was just a poor effort in comparison.
A plus point was that it wasn't overcrowded.
If they reduced the price to £5 (especially as it was only 2 hours) I wouldn't feel as ripped off as I do.

For the size of the venue the event was poor, nothing much for the children to do in terms of entertainment was dark and boring. The prices were ridiculous the staff was rude made you feel uncomfortable

Review of Oktoberfest Comes To Birmingham 2024 [LAST 50 TICKETS]
Total rip off, we stayed for 1 drink which was very poor for £15 a stein .. just overpriced warm beer that had already been poured out prior to event starting and then topped up when bought 🤮🤮... promised a £5 refund on the silly plastic stein which we never got as barmaid didn't know how to do it... food looked disgusting and staff looked miserable walking round with trays of shots...luckily we stopped others in our group getting ripped off as met them elsewhere and had a much better day with decent beer and great food ... We will never book this again!!!
