My partner booked 2 x VIP tickets and I booked 2 x VIP tickets for my friends but was hugely disappointed to find out that the person who was supposed to take care of this had been ill and so therefore no one had bothered. We paid the extra £10 each for these VIP tickets as we were advised that we would have a goody bag and a CD and a free drink. The only thing we received was a free drink. We all felt entirely ripped off, not helped by the fact that the man who was supposed to organise this was off his face whilst telling us we had nothing for our money. A HUGE letdown.
