Review of Unfinished Symphony pres. The Queens 90th Birthday Charity Proms
Well, from the title, I was expecting a lot more classical music in the vein of last night of the proms. The music was actually at least 75% pop music performed by orchestra. It was quite good but not what I was expecting, and from the mood of some of the other patrons in my vicinity, this was not just my opinion. This was not Proms or Symphony and should be properly described next time.

Review of Unfinished Symphony pres. The Queens 90th Birthday Charity Proms
I bought this as a present for my parents aged 78-82 as I thought they would really enjoy a patriotic celebration of the Queens birthday and all things great about great Britain. Little did I know that it would turn into such torture (even after my mother had removed her hearing aids) that they felt they had to leave before it was half way through. They had been so excited buying new outfits and flags to wave and it turned into such disappointment

Good night out for a tenner, the church was packed so great revenue for the local charity of St.Giles Hospice. Would definitely go again so I'm hoping for more of these concerts.

Loved it! The first half was a bit slow but the second half really made up for it, people on their feet dancing and singing, lots of Union Jacks waving, a thoroughly feel good atmosphere - thank you!

Review of Unfinished Symphony pres. The Queens 90th Birthday Charity Proms
What a fantastic experience, made me feel so proud of our British heritage and our monarchy.
Such a brilliant night, all ages and generations celebrating together.
The music was amazing and such a feel good night.
I would recommend anybody to go and see this, wish I could relive the experience and make time stand still to be in that moment again.
It was quite an emotional experience too when we were all singing our national anthem and waving our flags.
Thank you to the organisers for such an awesome experience in such a beautiful place.

On the whole, I enjoyed the evening. I think using the proms in the title was misleading as I was expecting more classical music. The orchestra and singers were very good at the non classical side, but sounded decidedly under rehe*****d for the couple of pieces from the last night of the proms they did do - Land of Hope and Glory was excruciating!
