Review of Skyline Series: Texas + Imelda May

Purchased 2 tickets for Texas at Digbeth Arena. a relaxed open air venue. Turned up on the day to be told (luckily by a staff member at a local pub) that the venue had changed, received no notice of this. I appreciate a venue change is out of Skiddle's control but informing customers about the change in venue is not, it even still said Digbeth Arena on the website. So after a second taxi ride we arrived at Symphony Hall to find they would not accept out printable tickets, so after waiting in line we then had to go to the box office and wait there for replacement tickets. We then realise the ticket is now  unallocated seating in a closed venue not standing, as we were not there early due to the confusion of venue the prime seats were all taken. we did not use the tickets  and have requested a full refund, this would not have been an issue if we would have been notified, the website displayed the correct information and we had been given the additional option to purchase an allocated seat. Dissapointed. 

Great night.. Imelda May was a strong support act. Superb venue.
