Review of Tamworth Dining Club
Atmosphere of event was quite good, however there were more negative than positive points:
Event was not very well sign posted if you were on foot and accessing via Tamworth town centre, had to 'follow the crowds & music to locate it'
'entertainment' was just a large speaker playing music in one corner of the venue could have had a main centre stage type thing with live singers or something along those lines.
Was not told in advance, or when booking tickets to bring a picnic blanket or own form of seating otherwise you will be left to stand and eat your food or sit on grass as there were nowhere near enough benches provided by DDC.
Would love to attend another event here, but feel it could have been organised better.

Really enjoyable event, my only moan was the long queue times to get drinks; in the end I was queueing longer to get a drink than it was taking to drink it!
That said the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great and I think (and hope) the event was well supported.
Very enjoyable but need to sort the queue times...

Music was good but far too loud. We had to shout over it, it needed to be a bit more ‘background’ so people could socialise, otherwise it was a super event. I was particularly impressed with the selection of kids activities!

As a family event I felt it was very pricey to feed a family of four & have drinks. The ques can take upto an hour and then your looking at spending £40-50 to feed 4ppl and the portions do not meet the price you paid. Couldn’t understand why it was a chargeable fee to enter a public field when no entertainment was put on other than a dj playing music?! Very costly day the best of £100 if you make it a day thing.
I would recommend eating prior to going or take a picnic & your own drink.

Will definitely come back next time , food fantastic, great entertainment for the children, would only ask for more alcohol free alternatives , like zero alcohol lager / mock tails , otherwise great day out

Had a great time at the Tamworth Dining club event, was really impressed by the vast range of food and drinks on offer and the overall atmosphere was really enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
