TeamSport, Europe’s largest and most successful indoor go karting operator has taken over Birmingham’s Raceway to bring you the longest, fastest indoor karting track in the West Midlands. With a full upgrade and revamp to offer state-of-the-art karting for thrill seekers of all ages.

Located just off the M5 at Oldbury, the new-look karting centre is slap bang in the heart of the West Midlands; a short drive from Birmingham and Dudley – and within easy reach of Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Halesowen and Coldfield.

TeamSport tracks are popular celebrity haunts, frequented by names such as One Direction, Simon Cowell, Tom Daley, Ellie Goulding and F1 driver Mark Webber. It’s also a firm favourite with families, stag and hen parties and committed karters.

The track
The Birmingham track stretches over 1,000 metres and boasts the UK’s longest elevated section of track. It comes complete with a brand new fleet of 200cc petrol karts, which tear around the track, reaching speeds of up to 40mph! And TeamSport Birmingham isn’t just for fearless grown-ups. Little Lewis Hamiltons also have the chance to show off their racing skills in specially designed high-spec ‘cadet’ karts.

Karters can expect an authentic racing experience, with precision electronic timing systems, smart new racing suits and helmets. Spectators, such as friends, family and colleagues can also take in the action and cheer on the racers from the track-side viewing gallery.

Laser tag
In a double thrills special, TeamSport’s fantastic laser tag arena is also housed under the same roof. So visitors can double it up with karting, or just head straight to the battlefield for some hi-tech laser action.

Additional facilities
The Fuel, TeamSport’s cool track-side snack bar offers karters the chance to refuel after racing with its range of delicious stone baked pizzas, bruchettas and baguettes.

Other facilities include corporate meeting rooms, changing rooms and hireable themed rooms for kids’ parties.
