Skinnyman didn't perform. We were told at around midnight that he wouldn't be performing cause of an incident with staff. So we ended up watching five support acts who only two were any good. One of them it was their third ever performance.. will we be getting a refund or a rescheduled ticket?

The main act cancelled abruptly at midnight after starting the gig 3 hours late and playing multiple unannounced support acts. I waited 5 hours to basically be told to go home without seeing who I paid to see. Not my greatest night out to be honest. Refund please.
