Review of House Of God
I'm basing this review on previous visits. Sadly although I bought a ticket I was unable to attend due to a back injury. Have been going to House of God for 29 years and it's always been a great night out and the Tunnel Club (formally Subway City) has always been a good venue with a good sound system.

Review of House of Silk - Birrmingham
Would usually travel to London for a lineup like this so was happy to attend the event so close to home.
I don't think the DJs represented as well as they would have, playing in London. It felt commercial at parts - I was expecting deep & soulful house.
Tickets should stayed at 3rd release prices - changed to 4th release last couple hours before cut off time - the number of attendees didn't match the ticket releases. Found that off-putting most of all.
Made best of my night but doubt I'd return

Review of House of Silk - Birrmingham
It was alright but they shut off one of the rooms with no warning or explanation, the music just stopped and all you could hear was the other room . I don’t remember hearing intro’s of who was playing on set up which is a-shame it’s always good to know who’s who . Not just for audience but potential followers for the DJs. A MC, would help with building more of a atmosphere for the crowd which in turn gives a better experience to the ravers. Also I feel that when a popular event comes from out of town they expect the same love they get at home , to build that love in another city make an effort in the delivery of it . Everything is about experiencing something so bring a little more magic dancers, performers around the event . Something that makes people share with others about the night they had which in turn brings new people to a event. Lastly please make it very clear on your flyers/ advertising that ID is needed not everyone carry’s this with them especially if your over 30 . Hope this helps and is received well

Review of Birmingham Techno presents… MACHINE
Very friendly and great people, laid back friendly staff. Superb music and I had a great dance. Only gripe is that smoking area was a tiny pen. And this is always where loads of people meet and chat.
