The Bramall opened its doors in June 2012, providing the Midlandsâ€™ with an exciting arts and entertainment venue. The Bramall sits alongside the impressive Great Hall and is an extension of the Aston Webb building, completing the red-brick semi-circle vision of Sir Joseph Chamberlain, which has been at the heart of the University since 1909. Youâ€™ll notice a number of architecture and world class acoustic features that have been brought together to create the space you see today. Did you know? The Bramall acoustics were designed by the same team who were also involved in the acoustics for the Royal Opera House Muscat, the Symphony Hall in Birmingham and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford upon Avon.
