Review of Haunted House Party Halloween Birmingham

The tick*t stated doors closed at 1am but we arrived at midnight and were refused entry because 'doors had shut'. Have requested a refund but have had 0 response from the event organiser. I wouldn't waste your money, it's clearly a very poor venue with very poor organisation. Best off going elsewhere to somewhere that actually wants to host you and give you good customer service!

Considering it was £14 for a tick*t, £5.25 for a can of cider and £30 for 6 shots is insane
The decorations were not at all as described and we left after an hour

Drinks were shockingly overpriced, walked into what I can only call rock music , not very country ended up leaving

there was no atmosphere at all..it was more like a kids party. country music needs to be appreciated throwing in songs by steps 5,6,7,8 is not a good idea..that's not country at all.
venue needs to be arranged in such a way that it doesn't look like a social club.
toilets are absolutely disgusting as most of the women were saying in the toilets..a deep clean on the floor is needed that way no one will be slipping.
