the security wouldn't let one of our group in - no refund offered and no meaningful explanation - just stonewall - we tried to reason with them but they were in no way willing to engage in any conversation, except to say 'I am the head of security here and my decisions is final'. ok, fair enough if you aren't going to let us in but we had 5 tickets and given that we couldn't leave one person out we all had to leave - we should therefore be refunded for all 5 tickets.
