We made the effort to print tickets off but we never needed to.. We went at 1 pm which is a busy time however we couldn't move for people so would have been better if a limited of people should have been there at any one time. Didn't get chance to enjoy or feel the atmosphere.. people pushing and shoving then stood chatting in people's way. I had my 2 year old son with me as well. excited about getting his face painted to be told very bluntly " they are back in 20 mins you will have to wait till then". Would possible give it another chance next year but go early. A bit disappointed and such a shame because I was really looking forward to it.. perhaps a bit more for younger children available...
