paid for v.i.p standard queue was getting quicker standard bar was getting served faster queues in vio toilets horrific they need to amend what you actually get for vip cause it's really ripping people off

The event was persponed by over an hour. And they also finished at around 10.20! When the event was not ment to finish until 11. Very disappointing. Bar cues where very long. With nowhere near enough staff to cater for the amount of people that where there.
