Review of The (Unofficial) Nightman Cometh
It was a lot of fun, the guys playing Charlie & Mac were particularly good. £21 is too much though. The show is basically the same as the episode, which I could watch at home for free. I'd probably pay £13 for som**hing similar.

Review of The (Unofficial) Nightman Cometh
The show was kind of lazy - a reenactment of an episode of the TV show. But the actors were good and charismatic.
The venue was crap. My daughter is disabled so we arrived early and got one of the few seated areas for her. The view of the stage wasn't good but at least we could see. Until the second half when the audience stood in front of the stage, completely blocking our view. I asked some people to move but they refused. If there had been more seating it wouldn't have been an issue. We didn't see any of the second half.
The toilets were flooded and there weren't enough bar staff on.
I wouldn't visit this venue again. It wasn't fit for purpose.

Review of Caoilfhionn Rose + Northling + Betty Kendrick
Sound problems hampered all three artists, Betty Kendrick less than most (possibly due to the comparatively basic set-up). How Northling fitted all that equipment on the stage is beyond me but the sound balance was awful and the female vocalist and guitarist were generally lost in the mix. Caoilfhionn Rose again suffered with sound problems at times and the performance was affected as a result

Review of Better Joy
Another great night at Bootleg Social. County Pilots, Retrovision and Better Joy were brilliant. ( We didn't stay to see The Greater Good). Looking forward to coming back for Kind Hearted Thieves in December

Review of Better Joy
As always The Bootleg Social, book a fantastic up and coming artist with amazing talent and did a wonderful set! The -1 on atmosphere was more about the people of Lancashire not turning out and supporting fantastic venues and up and coming artists!

Review of Better Joy
Superb venue and bands County Pilots were also very good. Better joy wonderful, so glad I got to see this band in a tiny venue on the way up, and they will go places! Bria came out and signed my set list and chatted to me what a lovely person she is.
