I would expect a venue that is up for a LANCASHIRE based award to be supporting Lancashire business. The bar offering is very basic when we have a county full of craft GIN and ALE, these should be stocked. The customer expects more these days and will pay for it.

Stunning setting for this glamourous event!

Meal was horrendous , starter was a piece of mozzarella and tomatoes that were tasteless , beef dinner was ok and desert was a chocolate mousse with a strawberry flavoured chocolate top and can only be described as weired . It was also served far to late 

The event was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately we had to leave just before the end of the actual awards so didn't get a chance to experience the after-show party and band. The only slight on the evening was that the food was a little disappointing but it's very difficult to cater for such a large amount of people.

I spent 10 years working for Hilton Corporate specifically on events such as these as a Senior Manager - in my opinion the event was oversold, waiting staff struggled to serve to tables due to space being tight, I understand you had a lot of people wanting to attend,  we had our allocation cut but others had full tables. In addition a round 10 does not fit 12 people as you had put people together.
The event was joyous and great and we should celebrate success - but maybe a little more thought next time on how the catering should be better managed in terms of delivery - I saw main courses being cleared as I was eating my starter - we were mid room as well. This is honest feedback not a compliant !!

The music and entertainment was amazing and unexpected, so much it definitely went towards a a great night !
