Bought tickets for this event as posted by the venue, however was not informed and it was not stated anywhere that the event was free entry prior to 8pm and therefore we did not need the tickets at all. I spent £30 on tickets that weren’t needed at all. It was not advertised at all that entry was free prior to 8pm and was then told I could not have my money back.
