We bought vip tick*ts they closed the vip area 9pm the vip toilets were portaloos upstairs in the building the ones downstairs in the main area were really nice clean toilets so why pay extra to be treated worse
£3 for a small glass of c**e out of a bottle price marked £2.89
Downstairs £3 for a pint glass
Went to go to after show party again extra payment refused as they couldnt scan bar code went back to hotel early totally unorganised

Over zealous door staff, invasive searches, and no option to leave and come back, which over a 9 hour gig was ridiculous. We left early, and didn't come back... VIP tick*ts were a rip off, prices up there extortionate, and VIP toilets? 6 Porta Loos. Literal piss take. We're Blackpool locals and been to some great gigs at the Winter Gardens, this was not one of them. S**tty attitudes on the doors had a lot to answer for. Music and crowd best thing about it.

Event was well run but we were disappointed that k klass weren't on and it was a bit of a mixed bag at points but obviously everyone likes different music. The MC lad was brilliant and really got the atmosphere up. Overall was a good event

Very disappointed with one of the acts who felt was a huge disappointment & put a downer on the night left at 7pm after it
