The Friday night was amazing everyone was friendly the atmosphere was fantastic!! Sat was a completely different atmosphere, drugs everywhere, people falling into you all the time totally off their faces, toilets were stinking, ruined it for everyone else 🙄

I would recommend the clubland weekender but I wouldn't recommend the VIP. No fridges so drinks were all warm and no ice. Toilets consisted of 2 portaloos in the corner and not a great view of the stage on most parts of the balcony because of the pillars. Only a handful of VIP people actually used the area making it a dull and non atmospheric experience. Perhaps also have some of the good DJs on at the start and not leave them all until 1am onwards. Get the vibe going earlier. Other than that it was a great weekender.

I took my son who is Autistic & loves music. It was his first music event so I was a bit worried about how he would be with the intende loudness of it & the crowds & how people would be with him but I really had nothing to worry about. Both enjoyed the night & will definately be doing it again

The event was fun and enjoyable. Friday night was brilliant. Saturday night, however, was a let down. We feel extremely disappointed and ripped off with the VIP package. If anything, we felt treated worse for being VIP. There were only 2 portable toilets up in the VIP area. There wasn't any tissue in the toilets - first thing on Friday when we arrived !! No where to sit, and couldn't really see the DJs whilst up.in the VIP area unless stood right by the balcony. The que system was poor. We were made to believe being VIP we didn't have to que, however both nights we were in the long line to get in, mixed with others who didn't have bands let alone VIP passes. There was one very rude member of staff at the entrance on Saturday, who portrayed aggressive threatening behaviour. We were disgusted and, frankly, it lowered our mood before the night began! We cooperated and showed our VIP passes, he was trying to put us in the que to purchase bands. Also, we weren't told that cloakrooms were chargeable, so we were unprepared. Further negative points, there should've been more security measures, we had people wandering around asking several times if we had drugs to give them, and there was even people smoking whilst at the front on the dance floor area, in the close crowd. I felt really uneasy. On to the positives, bar staff were friendly and we never really had to wait for drinks. VIP access to the upper area was nicely controlled. The venue was in a good location. The DJs and music was amazing, although sound quality was poor at times for vocalists. Unfortunately, Kelly Llorrena ruined our evening as we feel she was drunk. But the other performers were great. Overall, we had an amazing weekend, but just a few of those negative points put a downer on it.

Me and my friends went for my birthday and we loved it from start to finish, we danced all night. There was just abit of confusion at first on the posters saying it was starting at 2pm then finding out it opened at 9. Then seeing 2pm- 4pm was band collection. It was was good that we could get it before we went in otherwise it would of meant hanging around for hours before it started. Other than that staff was brilliant, bar staff brilliant and it was organised very well.

Music was brilliant and thats where it ended security did nothing and didnt work together properly rules changed second night because they didnt work out on first. Security literally allowed a guy to walk around pissing and whiping s**t on people because they thought it was funny if it wasnt for the good music this would be a s**t show

Great event. Though the VIP wasn’t worth it., you avoided bar queues but they weren’t that big anyway, and the VIP toilets were 2 porta-loos. Bit disappointing. So I wouldn’t pay the extra for VIP next year.
