Review of Clubland Weekender 2024
Music was fantastic, great atmosphere. The people were all amazing and didn't see any trouble. The toilet situation however was unbelievable, and to be honest ruined my experience. Queuing for 40 minutes, to point of almost wetting myself is a joke. Surly for the amount of people in there there should be more available.

The prices of drinks at the bar are over priced and i lost count of the times the bar staff tried to over charge me. I had a few arguements over prices even though they had signs up stating the prices.
The smoking area was not organised properly as before 8-9pm everytime you went for a cig you had to go through a security check again.
They could probably do with more food options other than just pizza and the after party venue needs to be looked at as that night club was a total vibe killer in my opinion. Not sure on the winter gardens licensing but it would make more sense to do the after party in the same venue.

Vip was awful. Over flowing porter loos, couldn't see the stage. The bar was a table with people selling overpriced cans or soft drinks there were pouring into little plastic cups from big bottles and charging you £3 per cup. There was nothing vip about it. So bad we didn't attend the second night

The security refused us twice as was not allowed in after 9pm but didn't state that on the website and security fort me and my husband had drugs on us we are not druggies I will never go to a clubland weekender there again

Think prices of the drinks could be slightly cheaper paying £7 for a can of c**ktail that can be bought for 99p elsewhere is very overpriced.
Also didn't think the men's urinals near the stage was inappropriate , they had very little use over the 2 nights & took up valuable space in the venue this year that people with disabilities tend to use the space more to be able to escape the crowds . the disabled toilet was very much abused which maybe something could be brought in to rectify that in the future
