There was to long in-between acts coming on. Getting in was a shambles then having to queue for a token for a drink . 4000 expected and only 2 people in the token desks . Went home at 9 clock

Event and music was sooo good! A set list would have been good. Concert drinks always over priced suprised this one was at the same prices as a larger festival but to be expected. The atmosphere was fabulous, the venue was not what I expected a seating area would have been good.

Only complaint is you couldn't buy drinks with your card you had to buy vouchers and the drink selection wasn't great

The sound was terrible,music bouncing off walls not enough speakers and the PA shrilled through the whole arena

Main Act never showed, never advised about this, these were the only reason we wanted to go. Show moved from Blackburn to Bolton with no option to get monies back, by 11pm/12am songs were being repeated. Wouldn't attend another event.

Good morning

I went to the even last night at Sub Culture event at the Bolton Wanderers stadium, and it wasnt as it was described.
It felt the money paid for the even was way over priceds for want we were receiving, like I said on arrival it felt like a poor night club. We paid for the vip area which was to not be rude with my wording but it was s**t/poor.
We didn't receive any CD as described in the option for going for a vip treatment which we didn't receive, the drinks process was pointless in which you have to buy drinks tickets, instead of just using money.
We will not be going to one of your events in the future because we feel we don't get value for money and would like a partial refund to compensate for the disappointing evening and a big waste of money.


Hopefully something can be done

This event never happened, we got to the event at 21:15 and event was closed. No one was there, paid for tickets, &50 drinks voucher, taxi there and back from Atherton. Money spent on nothing, was so looking forward to it with my friend. Fuming

I don’t think the owners realised how much you couldn’t hear the music/people on the microphones because the bass was up that much. There was a lot of interference through the speakers which spoilt it

my first ever rave and it did NOT disappoint the only problem was the prices off drinks/food but other than that i loved it and got too meet my favourite rappers blackout crew ❤️
