I purchased 6 tickets for this event. My family and I got there early to make decent night of it. At no point we’re our tickets checked. People I knew told me they hadn’t purchased tickets and had been allowed in. They stopped the music after 35 minutes to show the boxing match. The whole 12 rounds! Music came back on after the boxing by which time the atmosphere had been lost. I’m sorry to say this was very disappointing and I felt that I’d been ripped off as tickets were completely not necessary to gain entry to the event. Really won’t ever bother again.

Band played for only 25-30 minutes before stating they were going on a short break, an hour of boxing later and we gave up waiting for any more music, really disappointed as I follow this band across social media and have seen how good they are, the lead guitarist looked bored!! Leaning against the wall and at one point leaning down just to get a view of the tv whilst playing a song. When they were playing though the singer is one of the best Noel G acts around and the band definitely complimented him, but if I’d wanted to watch boxing I’d of gone to one of the numerous sports bars/pubs in Bolton.
We weren’t the only people that left whilst the boxing interrupted play so to speak either.

Although I did enjoy the evening this venue is not really set up for a live artist due to the layout of the floor plan only half of the crowd could see the artist.
