Sensory Reiki Meditation - Ramsbottom

Join Ianuaria for a different sound experience.

We will take you on a journey through sound and time. To begin, you will be guided through a dreamy meditation to your safe and sacred space. From there you will then be bathed in sound from an array of beautiful instruments. Soaking in the sounds and vibrations with Kerry from ethereal crystal bowls, lustrous Himalayan bowls, an enchanting wind gong, soulful shamanic drum beats, and heavenly chimes. Georgina will be providing a range of hauntingly beautiful vocals to complement these sounds and vibrations, along with soothing flute playing.

During the guided meditation we will be sending reiki to everyone in the room, to surround you in light and protection throughout your journey. Allow yourself to be held in a truly wonderful, immersive sound experience full of gentle healing to refresh, recharge, and revitalise the mind, body and soul.

Please note that the drums used are not made with animal skins. So they are great for any veggies/vegans.
