The Shakshuka, a wonderful dish with baked eggs, pepper and tomato is a brunch packed with Middle Eastern flavours. The Super Food Bowl is as beautiful on Instagram as it is tasty – with avocado, hummus, black quinoa and coconut rice combined with edamame, watercress pesto, kale, tomatoes, soy & ginger cucumber, pomegranate and toasted seeds, it’s a lunch that screams summer hues. The Lime Curd Caipirinha features a double shot of Brazilian Cachaça, muddled with fresh lime curd and lime juice served over crushed ice - delicioso! For something with a little more punch, why not try the Watermelon & Basil Iced Tea – a mix of vodka, tequila, watermelon and basil.
