Got there at 10 weren’t let in until quarter till 2 in the morning considering I had a ticket

Tickets were at "75%" sold. Showed up to the venue at 11 and couldnt make it in by 1am. It was 1 in 1 out for a ticketed event and didn't even get in. Seems impossible to get a hold of the promoter and no way i can get a refund for something they wouldn't let us in for. Absolute joke of a venue.

horrible planning sold too many tickets so didn't even get let in 1 in 1 out missed the set want a refund 

awful planning, brought a Â£23 ticket to wait in the queue for 2 hours until 2am and didnât get in

Halo is always a good place to go clubbing drinks are calm the prices are good the people are vibey 10/10
