Review of Wilkswood Reggae Festival 2024
Intimate, small festival. Fabulous location & farmland, woods etc. Sadly not as environmental, as it could be .Good security, ridiculous, rules about pouring water away to have water bottles refilled 100 metres away, especially when we have exorbitant water prices & usage waste of fresh non contaminated water. More recycling though litter pickers doing a fabulous job. Car parking needs more organisation. People need to be directed as not to get blocked in & proper fire lanes for traffic to move through. A reasonable selection of food outlets, some absolutely marvellous ! perhaps more vegan/vegetarian options in future. All in all a great weekend. My second time & hopefully will come again. Thank you Wilkswood. I have already recommended to friends to attend, next year....

Review of Wilkswood Reggae Festival 2024
Great music and relaxed vibes at a small venue with fantastic food options. Security were inconsistent and restrictive about accessible camping access, particularly allowing parking next to tents in accessible camping, yet were zooming up and down the main pedestrian path in trucks constantly so people had to stand against the stinging nettles to get out of the way causing collision risks and a slippery mud bath which seemed completely dangerous and unnecessary. It was a shame to have wristbands cut off on Sunday and be told that no one could exit and re-enter the festival despite having paid for all days.

Review of Wilkswood Reggae Festival 2024
A taste of what festivals used to be like, an awesome vibe and excellent music in an idyllic setting this is one of the best I have ever been to in 40 years. Definitely going next year!

Review of Wilkswood Reggae Festival 2024
First time attendee. Event was fun and good location but was marred by over zealous, aggressive security (Bob)?. Ridiculous to be so over the top with movement of cars in the assisted camping field (15 max). Whilst understanding the primary need for safety, I've seen this handled much more efficiently and sympathetically at eg the WOMAD park and camp field (a much bigger festival). Ironically, much more dangerous were the security vehicles constantly driving (and skidding after the rain) up and down the only pedestrian track into the arena. I was on crutches and had to scamper with everyone else, into stinging nettles to avoid the vehicles as there was no path next to the track. The security cars were skidding through the mud dangerously close to tents and campers in the assisted camping field. I watched this dozens of time and it was ridiculous. Better health and safety required before I'd return.
