The staff at entrance was so annoying especially the manager because we didn’t have tickets only receipt they was not going to let us in, they was quite rude and annoying they spoilt our evening

The event at the Bierkeller ended at 11.30 ON NEW YEARS EVE?!?!!! We were then ushered through to the nightclub for the big count down. However the music in the nightclub is a far cry from the fun, sing-a-long, dance-able music played in the Bierkeller. Moving from the Bierkeller to the nightclub was like moving from a party with your best friends to a pole dancing club with the fire alarm going off. Disappointing way to see in 2022. There should have been clarity that although I bought tickets to see NYE in the Bierkeller, that was not what we got.

As always a great night at the Bierkeller: music excellent, lots of dancing. Also, thank you to the lady bouncer who was lovely.

Only one negative comment: sometimes it took a while to get served at the bar. Not the bar staff's fault: just not enough of them.

The sound was terrible. The mic was not working and you could not hear the singer unless you were stood right in front of the stage. I highlighted this to staff but nothing was done.

I was very disappointed with this act, you could not hear the singer properly. Firstly the microphone was obviously not working but when it was turned on the singer was not loud enough over the base. The base was overpowering and kept making an awful noise, think a sound check is needed. I left half way through the act as I was so disappointed at how this act performed. Sorry for the negativity.
