Tickets caused a prob at the venue but evening was good

I arrived at the venue showed my tickets on my phone and there was a problem with the Q/R codes they would not read so then showed my Email confirmation this still wasn't accepted. I then had to show my bank details ,to prove payment had gone to skiddle 25 min later the made the decision to allow me into the venue.Have never had a problem before.But would recommend skiddle to friends no problem it was just inconvenient and embarrassing
