The gender ratio/mix was so unbalanced, not enough females, which contradicted your website for the night which proclaimed that it was sold out!!! So misleading, nobody could hear the conversation with others as there were people sat directly next to one another music blaring over the top of us, locals walking in & out of the venue, hen nights too! And to top it off your host was drunk with her American friend she had invited to the event, to  further add misery the host then proceeded to entice the female locals in the bar who were on their own night out to to join our event with the promise of free wine/entry to the event!!! A complete shambles many of the guys were left so disappointed by your host & the company's amateur performance!!!

Certainly not greeted as advertised, with a wedding reception going on very nearby in the same venue (absolutely no sound barrier whatsoever) the sound made the event extremely difficult to hear anybody speaking. Very poor planning & organisation, the 'host' could have moved everyone a little further away (might have made a small difference but as the evening progressed the sound became even more impossible to hear anyone talking), but she really didn't look interested and departed quicker than grease lightening about to blast out on the dance floor - hardly conducive for the event here.  Given that 4 days later only half the people have bothered to enter their scorings, you get an idea of how 'serious' the event is taken all round. The few minutes to write notes (when the bell rang) was non-existent and the considerable delay starting the event, especially asking people at arrive far too early when the host co-ordinated nothing made the event very amateurish.
