August Bank Holiday Sunday - For one night only, Bonsai will be transformed into a unique event the first of its kind in Brighton.
- Bespoke BBQ menu featuring new dishes and reimagined classics with accompanying drinks & cocktails

This event is dedicated to and in celebration of Aaron Horscraft-Jones' life, who was a close friend and supporter of Bonsai Plant Kitchen. As a small gesture of our gratitude to Aaron, all profits will go to his family.
