My husband and I paid for the V.I.P tickets as the way the event was advertised we would have access to our own bar and toilets.
It was not until we got to the event did we find out that the bar and toilets for the V.I.P ticket holders was at the opposite end of the Venue. We had to push our way through the crowds each time we wanted a drink or use the toilets, not pleasant. As the evening went on more and more people were getting drunk and not appreciating us trying to get past them. On one occasion we were told to get back as they had got here early to get a good spot, I explained I had paid to be in the "Gold circle" (as described by a member of staff)
We were not the only ones unhappy, everyone we spoke to mentioned it.
This is the first time we have been to one of these events and doubt if we will come again.
For £80 less we could have had the same experience.

Very disappointed with the VIP as thought it would be at the side of the stage so easy assessable to bar and toilets, hated to have to walk through the crowd to get to the front of the stage. Drinks very over priced and no announcement that Alexandra O Neil would not be there, booked this event for our daughter ‘s birthday .

The VIP area couldn’t have been further away from the stage !!!! I’ve been to other events at the racecourse that were set up so well, I have no idea why they chose to put the VIP right at the back, it was even in line with the stage so you could barely see what was happening, in my opinion VIP tickets were a complete waste of money, really disappointing

Very disappointed!! Not an ounce of atmosphere, music sounded awful, very muffled sound and not to be told Alexander o Neil wasn’t performing well total outrage, paid for the garden area more like a cemetery area, full of stones which is the path of the car boot will not be going or recommending again infact 3 of us would like our money back as it was utter torture and we left by 9 !!!! Let’s see your response to this feedback

Went last year to Essex. This was much smaller. No screens to even be able to watch the acts. Not much there and horrid site on the gravel!! Not many there. Won’t go again
