Review of SOULTASIA Brighton
Bitterly disappointed with the layout of the vip tickets. I spent over £200 only to be pushed and shoved while I made my way to the vip area. I had my daughter with me who found it very upsetting as we tried to make our way to the stage.
We only tried once as it was heaving too much with drunken people...So we spent the majority of the time in the vip area...which meant we couldn't see anyone on the stage as we were too far away. Not even screens up so we could see the artists. There wasn't enough seating, we had to go out of the vip area to look for chairs, it was a shambles. Plus at least an hour before the end the toilet paper had ran out in the loo's, and no drying paper towels.
I paid vip prices for my family as a Birthday treat thinking we'd have easy access to front of stage, but it was truly horrendous to try and push your way through the crowd...hence the reason the vip area at the stage was very empty. Many many people were very unhappy set so very far back from the action. All in all very disappointing...I'm gutted as it was for my partners Birthday.

Great event with outstanding host,DJ and artists absolutely flawless , slightly disappointed with what was classed as VIP as it was stated for the priice I paid as no VIP bar, toilets, had to acquire own chairs, I am assuming i paid extra for just being closer to the stage? Overall a great evening apart from misunderstanding what VIP entitled you to from standard.

some trouble accessing area when returning from buying drinks their should have been it’s own access through the crowd

Absolutely brilliant event, first time at Brighton Racecourse. Very impressed with amount of bar and food places no queues, prices okayish I guess but expect to pay more at this sort of thing.
We upgraded to vip no problem all stewards helpful.
Acts were first class especially in between acts with dj keeping the atmosphere going.
Thoroughly enjoyed can't wait for another time

Good venue, great music, annoying plastic chairs just random everywhere, think these should be only allowed around the outside . As lots people some got annoyed as had to cut through their circle but was only way get through. Good atmosphere. Ridiculous charging extra £50 to be vip in front of stage. Everyone should be able to access any part of area to watch the event. But lots of security and plenty of Porto loos. Had great time. The free bus after the station was a bonus.

Had a brilliant time, music and the atmosphere was superb.
The staff (but not all )were friendly as well.
The prices of the food and drink were a bit pricey to be honest, but overall the day was good value because of the variety of bands throughout the day.
