Legendary rock band Big Country return to the UK in Spring 2025 with their much-anticipated "Come Up Screaming" tour. Featuring Bruce Watson, Jamie Watson, Tommie Paxton, Chris Stones, and Reece Dobbin, Big Country will electrify stages across eight cities with their signature anthemic sound and powerful live performances. Fans can expect classic hits, deep cuts, and fan favourites from their extensive back catalogue.

Big Country was originally formed in 1981 by guitar playing founder members Stuart Adamson and Bruce Watson, both native of the band’s hometown Dunfermline in Scotland.

The band broke massively worldwide with the release of the album’s classic singles ‘Fields Of Fire’, ‘Chance’ and signature song ‘In A Big Country’, which went on to become massive worldwide hits, selling over 2 million copies and driving ‘The Crossing’ to 3 prestigious Grammy nominations in the USA.

The Vapors formed in 1978 and after supporting The Jam on the ‘Setting Sons’ tour in 1979 went on to release the classic singles ‘Turning Japanese’, ‘Jimmie Jones’, ‘News At Ten’, ‘Waiting For The Weekend’ along with albums ‘New Clear Days’ (1980) and ‘Magnets’ (1981) before splitting.

Glasgow-based Pistol Daisys are one of alt-country’s most exciting new acts who have recently supported Callum Beattie.
