Review of Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club - Brighton
Having heard that 30 women had their drinks spiked at Chalk last week, we were very careful at the Craig Charles gig last night (which was great). Someone still managed to spike our daughter's drink despite her keeping hold of it and keeping her hand over it, and not speaking to anyone but her friend and parents all evening. Our guess is that it must be the bar staff doing it. Either way, the club staff showed no intention of addressing the issues & risks that women going to the club are being exposed to.

Review of Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club - Brighton
I am gutted as I couldn't get there (live an hour away and my lift didn't materialise)
I was so looking forward to shaking my Tail Feather and getting Funky with the fabulous people of Brighton ???????
I hope I will be able to see Craig another time - big fan ?, plus visit Chalk next time and experience its vibe ?

The DJ played very repetitive and not many popular dnb songs. Expensive drinks and this meant the atmosphere was pretty dead until about 3am.
