Review of Magic of Thailand Festival in Brighton
Vegetarian/vegan food was lack of umph and too basic (visit BangBang Oriental for better quality), poor speaker quality mean stage announcements and music was little distorted, however the overall experience was really great!

Dreadful ticketing and access. Ended up paying twice as it was an hour queuing with a pre booked ticket or pay £4 each cash and walk straight in. 60 food outlets and 3 tables to sit at.

Too many cues (up to 1 hour wait) to really enjoy this event and halfway through Sunday the food options in a couple of stalls, and the beer had run out. Beer was then replaced by Peroni???
Need more than one beer tent and better organisation of food availability if you are going to invite so many people in without a numbers cap.
The entertainment seemed weak and would not be why i buy a ticket. Didnt hear any thai boxing happening on the sunday.

Too much queuing to really enjoy it. Long queue to get in (why, when we had bought tickets in advance? Give the gate people a scanner) and for food, which was the real disappointmentas that was the main reason for us being there. Music great.

Really wonderful family day Out. Full of sunshine, delicious Thai Food and culture. Made us feel like we were back in Thailand, on Holiday, living the life-Pre Covid.
This was a day, where we went to our happy place. From The Ladyboys show to the Banana Fritters, every moment took us further away from the tedium of life and transported us to the far East, where the Land Of Smiles came via Brighton for a day definitely one not to be forgotten.

30min in queue and when almost there their system stopped working and been asked to buy tickets online. And to book a ticket you have to provide lots of personal information as date of birth (what u need it for I wonder!!!!) After another 20 min fighting the booking system Skiddle, they didn’t even bother to send confirmation email, but you had to create the password to got the tickets and to get to skiddle.com. And when u login guess what, lots of nonsense how good and effective they are blah blah, but no tickets. We in the end had to show banking app that we actually pay that. After another 30min in cueue for toilet we had to join another 30min - 1hr queue for food. And when we cueue another 30min to kiosk with bubble tea and fresh juices, once we almost reach the counter, guess what… no bubble tea and no Frits to make fruit juice but very happy owner that he sold out. Well, would you join another queue to risk another disappointment? We left and been ripped off. Just donated £4 to someone.
