The Great British Charcuterie Co. was founded in 2016 by father and son team Simon and Phil Bartley to showcase the finest British cheese, wine and charcuterie and to help raise awareness of the talented artisan producers who create these amazing products. We firmly believe that happy animals produce the best products and this is something we are passionate about. All of our suppliers feel the same way and it is with these extremely high animal welfare standards and a lot of love that they are able to create some of the best cheese and charcuterie in the world, rivalling if not surpasing the best that Europe has to offer. British wine is currently a blossoming industry and with some world beating wines produced right on our doorstep at vineyards in the Sussex countryside it is a great time to get involved with this exciting movement.
