It was my first time and I would have to say on of the best nights I’ve been to. So liberating and fun with such wonderfully friendly and diverse crowd. For me the music was slightly too much drum and bass, I would have preferred more old school Rave. But that’s just my preference. There were a few old tunes played which I absolutely love. The atmosphere was amazing and I felt totally at ease, so much so that I stripped off immediately. A special mention for the fabulous door guy who made us feel so welcome. I will definitely be back.

I had a lot of fun, spent mostly painting bodies and being painted.
Though the music wasn't my personal vibe, plenty of others seemed to be thoroughly enjoying it. I wasn't worried so much at not dancing anyway, far more happy painting people.

Venue staff were very friendly, nice central location, easy to get to and from on buses and foot. Unfortunately not good accessibility (lots of steps), but that seems to be a Brighton-wide problem with many older buildings, so I don't want to be too harsh on this one event, as I appreciate finding accessable venues here is very difficult.

Prices on drinks seemed fair. Tickets for the event itself as a once in a while special treat aren't too bad.

Atmosphere was amazing. Full marks for that. A good friendly crowd of consent and fun. Really lifted my mood, and look forward to attending a future event like this. Full marks for that front.

PIYP is a one of a kind event and I would never miss one if it were possible! Everyone who works there is wonderful and so is everyone who attends.
