Bar staff stretched and very poor toilet facilities, waited ages to use them

I can't rate stars for any of these so I'm just going down the middle. The reason I can't rate is because I didn't get in despite having a ticket. They did not seperate queues for on the door ticket sales and those that already had tickets so essentially we waited for over an hour for nothing because the queue was so big.

I expect when I have a ticket to either not have to queue or be part of a shorter queue.

Ridiculous in my opinion. I usually love volks but did not appreciate how this event was run.
