Sold way too many tickets and people got stuck outside, I got pushed out to the smoking area by the crowd and when I tried to explain what happened to security they told me to "f**k off" and assaulted me. A little bit later in the night my friend who is claustrophobic got stuck in the middle of the crowd and was having a panic attack struggling to breathe and was texting me asking for help and it took over 25 minutes to convince the guards to actually go in and help her. I showed the texts to the bald guard who is apparently the boss and he shrugged it off and basically said it wasn't his problem and he wouldn't help so I had to look for someone else.
