About

Global Local are proud to be hosting the Festival Congress Afterparty, “UNITED FESTIVAL WORKERS PARTY" annual shindig at Lost Horizon (Bristol) from 6.30 pm to 1 am!
THE BHANGRA ALL STARS
A bass-heavy experience hosted by icon Bee2 and legend Bobby Friction. Taking all the exciting elements of Panjabi Bhangra music from India & looping it around bits of UK Dance Music (including UK Garage, House, Drill & HipHop) whilst adding Dhol Drummers & Live vocals for an explosive display of energy
JAMU
By seamlessly blending cuts and scratches of sounds around the world, the Bristol-based group creates an electrifying ambiance that encapsulates the essence of hip-hop while transcending geographical borders.
THRILL COLLINS
A skiffle-pop trio who has a habit of rearranging the most epic pop songs of all time into spectacular medley marathons.
OOJAMI
Blending different influences of sounds and cultures to create new songs. After a long break, Oojami started releasing new songs and began performing them live in 2024. This is the beginning of a new uncharted journey.
DEAF RAVE
Providing entertainment with music, sign song and visual performances to an all-inclusive audience, globally and across the UK. Deaf Rave aims to unite everyone through the love and passion for music. Promoting their unique Deaf/ Disabled identity and teaching everyone about Deaf Culture.
FILTHY DIRTY DISCO
Expect a much-needed injection of mixed-up, mashed-up, maxed-out music, with an indecent predisposition to genre-hopping, a disregard for purity and a party-smashing attitude, prepare yourself for adulterated fun and serious dancing.
And more DJ surprises in the Yard!
Come and join us to get that festival feeling early!
