Review of Dub & Roots on the Horizon with Joe Yorke
No reflection on Joe Yorke or the venue, it's all good. I only stayed to around 12:30pm so I can't comment on the whole night, but what I can say is, the dance hall vibes was god awful for me and a mate that joined me. I'm into reggae and dub of all types, but dance hall I hate and jungle. So listening to dance hall I lost interest very quickly and stayed outside. By the time Joe Yorke came on stage it was too late for me, I was ready to leave. As I said, I've got no beef with the venue or Joe Yorke, I love his style, got his music on vinyl. Sorry Joe I was looking forward seeing you, maybe next time just lose the Dancehall s**te and it's all good.
