Review of Beyond Submergence
I really enjoyed Beyond Submergence. They had comfy chairs to sit in while viewing, and the different installations were all great. I’d recommend spending at least an hour there. It was very busy when I went, which spoiled the atmosphere a little, especially for the price we paid, but I’d still recommend going.

Review of Breathwork with Gus Hoyt
I wasn't convinced that the setting was quite right for the workshop. It was a huge warehouse space and the light exhibition didn't really add to the Breathwork. In fact, I was quite uncomfortable for the workshop. Gus' manner, however, was gentle and he took us on the breakwork journey with confident calm.

Review of Beyond Submergence
There were a couple of men working and walking around talking loudly which completely ruined the atmosphere and took us out of the experience. It was such a shame. Also there was a security guard who seemed to be cleaning up or something just walking around and in the light installation while we were in there. There were just two of us at that particular showing and it was one of the day, so it seemed like people just wanted to pack up for the day, and didn't really care that we had paid for tickets and were trying to enjoy our experience. It was a real shame. I thought the show itself was incredible and I would go again if I knew there weren't going to be people working and just wondering around.

Review of Breathwork with Gus Hoyt
I loved breathwork with Gus and it was a lovely experience. Felt a bit lost to start as was not informed when and what was expected but have a feeling that was the general idea maybe? Lovely light show and glad we booked.
This was my first breath work experience other than yoga and I dare say there were some major differences and at times I was a bit unsure if I was doing it the way it was intended. Who knew holding your breath was such a difficult feat?!
Thank you Gus and to whoever else helped make this experience happen.
