Review of Over 30s Club Presents Daytime Disco - Bristol Launch Party
Absolutely awful over 30's event with 2 late teens running it in hot pants and cow boy hats first red flag! Music was nothing like it was advertised! Venue was tiny and toilets were disgusting the bar staff looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked for Prosecco and said no I asked for a c**ktail they said no the drink selection was awful and severely over priced was a absolute shambles

I got all the way to the venue in my wheelchair and freezing cold to be told I couldn't get in because of no disabled access and the lifts were broken. On the website it said there was so I will never use this site again and I suggest you don't either. They also didn't give me a full refund. I still had to pay a booking fee, AWFULL!!!

Very poor acts, except for compère who tried to get an atmosphere going but killed by the actual acts. Overcrowded for audience, one person on the bar, horrible toilets. Not worth the money.Avoid avoid!

The MC and the two men were very good. We laughed a lot. The women was ok . Sorry forgot their names. The venue has a lot of stairs. The toilets were clean and maintained . We would go again. 😊

Unfortunately we went on one of the hottest days of the year , we were upstairs in a room with no air conditioning, it was just too hot for all . Why couldn’t this be moved down one level where there was air conditioning. There were only two bar staff on but it took so much time to get a drink , we were told at the first interval to go downstairs to get a drink only then to be told the downstairs bar was closed and all drinks were being served i the upstairs area , where the heat was unbearable. We regularly go to the comedy surgery in Exeter. The comedians here at Bristol were just not very good . Very poor standard , poor venue and not worth the price of the ticket . We will not be returning.
