Fantastic line-up. The acts all had their own styles but were similar enough to keep a good flow throughout the night. Would definitely go to another Bristol Külture event.

The music got better as the night went on. Everyone was jolly and friendly and it's nice having a big space outside to sit and cool down. A good theme with a useful option for people to have their faces painted. All round enjoyable night!

Well..... This was advertised as a 'Doo Wop' - A Rock n Roll Party with Doo Wop in BIG LETTERS but the DJ was not playing ANY Doo Wop. When I spoke to her she said she had been hired but she was not a Doo Wop DJ. In fact she didn't know any Doo Wop artists! We gave her some names and found links for her on YouTube. Not the best really. Be careful what you offer. Music genre fans means that the genre of music IS REALLY IMPORTANT.

A great 1950s Rock n Roll party night in a brilliant venue. Loved the tunes and all the people who dressed up and danced just like we did. A live band would make the next one just perfect. More nights like this please - a late 60s/early 70s one with early Bowie, Zeppelin and the Stones etc etc would be so good. Thanks again. See you next time!
