Review of Department S Club Night NYE - Ready Steady Go!
Fab night; loved that the staff were dressed up and going around offering free party poppers ready for the countdown! Great music and decorations! Not bad value either! Pleased to see the security staff were quick to spot people who needed to be thrown out as it meant the atmosphere was kept tension free!

Review of SWING \'N\' TINGZ with Electric Swing Circus & The Inexplicables
sound could have been better, especially for first band
only gripe is that the lanes website directs you to skiddle to buy tickets.
Skiddle say you don't need a printed ticket , just take your credit card that you paid with.Then you get to the venue and no-one knows what you're talking about!!
Luckily the guys on the door believed us and let us in-just said they wouldn't recommend we used skiddle again (which we won't)
Review of ★ FAT LIP ★ Halloween Party
The venue was far too small for the number of people admitted. We spent most of our night getting pushed around and trodden on as people tried to get around. The bar was far too small for the number of people, we actually gave up trying to buy drinks.

Review of Vault 111 - Post Apocalyptic Party
Hi, although I enjoyed the night the sound was absolutely appauling. It was that bad the engineer should really have had a time out to sort it ... not really fair on the band or punters :-( .... the poor rating below was based on the sound alone .. not the bands .. they were fab !!

Review of Vault 111 - Post Apocalyptic Party
Ushti Baba were great as usual but the sound was rubbish. It felt like it was coming from the musicians' returns and not from the main speakers. Could hardly hear the bass at all, which was a shame as these guys are really good. Nice atmosphere with some having made an effort for dressing up (which I did not).

Went to the lanes for my 20th birthday!
And it was fantastic!! delivered all the big tunes from all the genres they said they would!
Had the best time, the dj was very nice too, putting up with my drunken requests !
