This festival was so good great atmosphere it was pouring down with rain but despite the rain me and my partner had a great time the music was amazing the food was good and we even brought some glow sticks also the bar area is a great idea doesn't take too long to squeeze because there's a few ques so fun would highly recommend also lots of security so felt safe too great time!!!!

I wasn't to happy about this year's event. Last year 2023 I bought a normal ticket and saw how much space VIP has, so this year me and friends went VIP and although we had our own toilets and bar (which was nice and less people), the actual stage area was awful, we were packed in like sardines! If everyone from VIP was able to be close to the stage then it would of been ok, but it was just an awful experience. It seemed that this year, tickets for VIP was completely oversold!

only complaint I have is paying £5.50 for a 330 ml can of thatchers when you can buy 10 for £10 in a supermarket
most festivals I have been to have a proper bar apart from that bands were great

Great time. VIP this time and thought it was good value.
Wet this year, so VIP was great as had loads of seating.
Would recommend some extra covering next year and would take the material covering off screening so the stage could be viewed from all of VIP area. After party was decent, very cheap drinks and not too far to walk. All in all another great year looking forward to next year.

Could’ve done with another hot drink stall. Maybe another food stall. Great venue despite weather! Good variation of artists. Looking forward to the next one!

Outstanding night all around. I think the VIP area could be a bit bigger. I dont expect to be squashed most of the evening since you are paying a higher price for VIP ticket.

The security took away my chanel perfume, i accept that we are not alowed glass, however 3 of my friends had perfume in glass bottles which was seen and not taken away. I said "can i collect it when i leave" the security's response was "if its still here. What he obviously meant was, if it hasnt been stolen by the security team. As i went back at the end to check and there was another cheaper perfume still on the table and mine was not. So they decided to steal mine. Un professional. Telling me it had been thrown away.Hope your enjoying my perfume.

The event itself was fine, although some of the artists were not so great. AC/DC U.K. were amazing, the best band by far. Their set was fantastic. We bought VIP tickets, which were not worth more than double the normal entry price. Apart from the advantage of being able to stand right in front of the stage in the hold pen. Where the ViP area was sighted, views from the bar area etc were non existent because of the screening. Having better toilets was nice, but still not worth the extra price. So the VIP area needs to be sited in a better place. A big down side were some of the security staff were quite officious. We had brought our own seats and were told to move out of the VIP area, even though we were not blocking movement to the gold standing area in any way. One especially didn’t care that we had paid extra to be in VIP. This did somewhat mar the experience for us and others.
So in conclusion, if you are charging double the price of normal entry for a VIP experience, please ensure that we are getting what would be expected to be a VIP experience. As it turns out, you are offering nothing of the sort, so it could be classed as misrepresentation. Also, ensure that security staff treat all customers with respect. The festival staff were good and the cleaning staff kept the arena spotless!
