Soul Town Festival

Soul Town Festival 2025 takes place across two days on Saturday 6th September and Sunday 7th September 2025.

Soul Town Festival is held at Croydon Road Recreation Ground in Beckenham, Kent.

On both days, Soul Town Festival gates open at 12pm and the last entry into the festival is 6pm. On Saturday 31st August, the festival finishes at 10pm and on Sunday 1st September closes one hour earlier at 9pm.

Saturday is over 21’s and Sunday is all ages welcome. There are lots of free rides for the children.

• Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
• Anyone over 21 can only accompany a max of 2 persons under 21.

Food and beverages will be available to purchase from approved vendors on the Soul Town Festival site only. There will be a variety of food vendors serving a range of quality food including GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN and VEGETARIAN options. There will be drinking water available on site free of charge. No food and drink will be allowed upon entry into the festival site due to stipulation in their licence. A search policy operates at the Festival and any food and drinks including alcohol will be confiscated.

No chairs or blankets will be allowed to be brought on site at Soul Town Festival and any found on entry will have to be left at the gates.

Soultown Festival is a high end and unique festival showcasing some of the best soul artists from the U.S and U.K. Join in for good vibes, lively music, entertainment, food and culture.

The Soul Town Festival site is based near many main line stations, Eden Park, Elmers End, Clckhouse and Beckenham Junction. Each train journey from London is about 20 mins.

We also recommend that you book taxis in advance. Drop off and pick up is outside the site - please advise the driver NOT to park and wait on the local roads. The area is also well served by Uber.

The Soul Town Festival gates will open at 12pm. The artists are not to be missed, please arrive promptly so not to miss out! There will be security and a search policy will be operated on entry to the festival arena so please allow plenty of time.

No Re-entry & Security: Our policy states that there will be no re-entry to the festival unless there is an emergency or special circumstances. We are advising our guests to bring everything into the festival that they need for the day including any required clothing. 

Yes, there is lots of off street parking at Soul Town Festival.

Yes, there are wheelchair access viewing platforms and facilities available at Soul Town Festival and viewing platform spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis on purchasing wheelchair access tickets. They do also allow for P/As to accompany wheelchair ticket holders and Soul Town Festival is fully committed to making their event accessible to all as far as they possibly can.

In order to receive a P/A ticket please order a ticket then contact Skiddle with the below information to have the P/A ticket added to your order When applying for a Personal Assistant ticket on the Skiddle platform, evidence will need to be provided. This evidence is as follows:

Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)

Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)

Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)

Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

Credibility's Access Card

Once this evidence has been provided and approved, a Personal Assistant ticket can be issued.

you will have to complete a P/A form which will be sent out to the disability ticket holder 8 weeks before the event. (Additional Fee will need to be paid with VIP Tickets).

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets to a friend or family member and Skiddle can facilitate changing ticket details over.

Because Skiddle is the official ticket agent, they offer a resale platform and can verify that tickets being returned and resold are genuine. Therefore there is no risk of buying a fraudulent ticket.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Tickets are issued as eTickets. You will receive a confirmation email from Skiddle with the eTickets available to download & print, or to show on a smartphone device to be scanned on entry via RapidScan.
