The gentleman that was on door was amazing so friendly and welcoming. A brilliant advert for the hotel. He should get a special mention Making sure everybody was safe and looked after. Would have been nice if hot chocolate was available

Review of Crow Wood Christmas Market
It was advertised that there would be live music, food and drinks available at the market. There was no live music, no hot market food, not even a drinks stand. The market itself was okay but was quite small and took us about 15 mins to walk round the whole thing. Bit disappointed but room for improvement next year.

we travelled quite a distance as it was advertised as 50 plus stalls, when in fact there was very few and after 15/20 mins we had seen them all. wouldn't have travelled if we had known.
